Christ Lutheran Church offers a safe, healthy, stimulating environment for young children. All children are created in God’s image and come with their own unique abilities, needs, and development timelines. Our staff supports and cares for each child and fosters a classroom environment for growth. Children grow to be strong and kind as they encounter creative challenges by interacting with other children and with responsive, affectionate adults.
The Child Care Center is open year-round, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. (excepting certain holidays).
Healthy attachment relationships are critical for successful early learning during the infant years and provide the essential foundation on which all subsequent learning occurs.

Our young toddler room stimulates and engages curiosity of the world and meets children’s needs in all domains so that they feel healthy, safe, secure, and nurtured.

Older toddlers learn best through meaningful play, sensory interactions, activities, experiences, and exploration of their environment, as well as through meaningful interactions with adults and peers.
$195 / week
In our preschool room, learning occurs within the context of play and active learning strategies where children are encouraged in concrete and hands-on discovery and in experimentation and interaction with materials, their peers, and nurturing adults.
$185/ week
* New enrollments are subject to a one-time $25 fee.
The Child Care Center follows the York City Schools. If the York City Schools have a delay, cancellation, or early dismissal due to snow or bad weather, then the Child Care Center will do the same.
